01 · WHAT JUNKZIP IS, AND ISN’T

JunkZip is a paid directory that connects Miami-Dade residents with junk-removal companies who serve their zip code. We vet listed haulers for licensure and insurance.

JunkZip does not perform junk removal. The hauler you call is an independent business. The transaction, the work, the truck, the price, and the schedule are between you and them. JunkZip is not a party to that agreement.

02 · CUSTOMER USE

Anyone may search the public directory. Listings are provided “as is.” While we vet haulers before approving them, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, response time, price, or quality of service.

If something goes wrong on a job - damage, no-show, pricing dispute - the first contact should be the hauler. If you cannot resolve it, email support@0arch.io and we will review whether the hauler should remain in the directory.

03 · HAULER ACCOUNTS

If you sign up as a hauler, you represent that:

• You are authorized to bind the business you are listing.
• Your business holds all licenses required to operate as a junk-removal contractor in Miami-Dade County.
• You hold and will maintain general liability insurance and any other coverage required by law.
• The information in your listing - business name, contact details, bio, license and insurance documents - is accurate and current.
• You will respond to customers in good faith and operate in compliance with applicable consumer-protection laws.

If any of the above stops being true, you must update your listing or notify us at support@0arch.io.

04 · SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

Hauler zip-code listings are sold as monthly or annual subscriptions, processed by Stripe. Pricing is shown at checkout and locked for the duration of the subscription. Annual plans are discounted relative to monthly.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel any time from the hauler billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you continue to appear in the directory until then. We do not refund partial periods, but we will pro-rate refunds where we are required to by law or where a slot is canceled by us (for example, an oversold zip).

If a payment fails, your listing will be marked past-due. If we cannot collect after a reasonable retry window, we may suspend or remove the listing.

05 · LISTING RULES

Each Miami-Dade zip is capped at a small number of slots so listings stay valuable. Slots are first-come, first-served. We reserve the right to:

• Reject an application that is incomplete or unverifiable.
• Suspend a listing for misrepresentation, repeated complaints, expired insurance or licensure, abusive behavior, or violation of these terms.
• Remove a listing entirely in cases of fraud, illegal activity, or repeated suspension.

When we suspend or reject a listing we will email the hauler with the reason and a reference number for follow-up.

06 · ACCEPTABLE USE

Don’t scrape the site, attempt to break authentication, impersonate other haulers, post misleading information, or use the site for anything illegal. Don’t harvest customer contact details for unrelated purposes. Don’t solicit customers off-platform under another business name.

07 · DISCLAIMERS

THE DIRECTORY AND THE PORTAL ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

JUNKZIP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY LISTED HAULER. CUSTOMERS DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE HAULER THEY CHOOSE TO HIRE.

08 · LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUNKZIP’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID TO JUNKZIP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS. JUNKZIP IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

09 · INDEMNIFICATION

Haulers will defend and indemnify JunkZip against claims by customers or third parties arising out of the haul, the listing content, or the hauler’s conduct.

10 · TERMINATION

Either party may terminate at any time. Haulers may cancel from the billing portal. We may terminate access for violations of these terms, with notice via the email on file where practicable.

11 · GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be brought in the state or federal courts seated in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that venue.

Small-claims actions may be brought in the appropriate small claims court instead.

12 · CHANGES

We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes to billing or hauler obligations will be emailed in advance.
